Hi, I'm Gillian!
I grew up in the city of Seattle and am always striving to create intuitive, accessible, and meaningful designs that make a real difference in people’s lives.
My journey into UX design began when I repeatedly saw my grandparents and parents struggle with technology. Feeling frustrated by the consequences of poor design, I was inspired to find ways to make their lives easier. It didn’t take long for me to realize that design isn’t just about aesthetics — it’s about enhancing how people interact with the world around them.
Now, as a student at Cornell University studying Information Science, I’m focused on honing my UX design skills. My studies offer deeper insights into the UX design process and help me understand how people interact with products and how thoughtful design can improve those experiences. What excites me most about UX design is the opportunity to combine my love for design with my passion for helping others.
Some other things I love...
